The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) recently honored 88 women across the pest management industry during the Impact Awards ceremony at the 2025 Women’s Forum in Austin, Texas. The Impact Awards, first awarded in 2022, are sponsored by FieldRoutes to recognize women making significant contributions in management, technical, service, sales and administrative roles.
NPMA President Faye Golden and Immediate Past President Marillian Missiti co-hosted the awards presentation, which took place at the Downright Austin hotel before a crowd of over 350 attendees.
Recipients received their award certificates during the ceremony, which was followed by a networking lunch sponsored by MGK and WorkWave. The award winners represented various sectors of the pest management industry, from business owners and technicians to corporate executives and scientists.
“The remarkable response to our call for nominations highlights the incredible impact women continue to make in our industry,” said Dominique Stumpf, CAE, CEO of NPMA. “Each recipient exemplifies excellence and serves as an inspiration to the next generation of pest management professionals.”
