Neighborly adds new CFO

Neighborly recently appointed Benjamin Lamb as its new chief financial officer. Lamb joins Neighborly’s executive leadership team and reports directly to CEO Mike Davis. He will be based in Irving, Texas.

Lamb brings more than two decades of experience in finance, strategy and operations across both public and private sectors. He most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of EnLink Midstream, a publicly traded midstream energy company.

Douglas Products names newest business development manager

Douglas Products introduced Angie Reyes as the organization’s newest business development manager. In this role, Reyes will focus on strengthening customer relationships, supporting fumigators throughout Southern California and identifying opportunities for sustainable business growth.
With nearly a decade of experience in pest management, Reyes brings a strong foundation in both field operations and strategic sales. She has held applicator licenses in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Washington and currently maintains a Branch 2 Field Representative license in California.

RightLine hires Florida sales manager

RightLine hired Brian Mount, BCE, as the company’s Florida sales manager. Mount comes to RightLine with decades of experience in the turf and ornamental markets.
Mount has worked in various technical and sales roles in turf markets and most recently with FMC Corp. He holds a master’s degree in entomology and is a board-certified entomologist.
Mount will represent the existing RightLine product line, which includes herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, plant growth regulators, nematicides and nutritional products that are registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
“The state of Florida is already a strong golf product market for RightLine, and it has the potential to grow exponentially into lawn care. Brian will immediately help support our distributor partners grow their businesses,” RightLine Chief Executive Officer Tim Zech said.
