PestCo Holdings expands footprint in Houston, Tex. market

PestCo Holdings, LLC, a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company, has acquired Houston, Tex.-based Southwest Exterminating (Southwest). This acquisition represents a strategic expansion in the Houston market, one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
