Rollins to acquire Romex Pest Control

Rollins, Inc. recently announced that it has acquired Romex Pest Control. Romex employs over 200 teammates and is headquartered in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

“The acquisition of Romex Pest Control will contribute to our long-term growth strategy in new regions across the United States,” said Jerry Gahlhoff, Rollins’ president and CEO, in a news release. “Romex provides Rollins entry points into new markets. While joining our portfolio of brands will enable Romex to further scale operations and expand service offerings to existing customers, they will maintain their brand identity given their strong reputation as a high-quality, customer-focused business in the areas in which they operate.”

Rollins Executive Vice President and CFO, Kenneth Krause, added, “The acquisition of Romex is another example of our successful M&A playbook in action.
