Peltier joined Sprague in 2020, taking on key leadership roles within the Spokane branch, including Branch Trainer and Safety Captain. Jeremy Lesser, Sprague district manager, said in a release, “Jessie has been the kind of person who lifts up the people around him. Before stepping into his new role, he was already coaching his team members, sharing knowledge and helping our team succeed. His motivation to grow is exactly what will make him successful.”
As Operations Manager, Peltier will oversee branch performance, team development and client partnerships across Eastern Washington and Northwestern Montana. His focus will continue to be on delivering uncompromising service and fostering a culture of safety, quality and belonging.
