Sprague Pest Solutions announced it has hired David Valdez, ACE, as the new Sacramento, Calif. operations manager, a key leadership role supporting Sprague’s continued expansion and investment in the state.
Valdez, a native of Stockton, Calif., brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the pest management industry, having built a career that spans across leadership and business operations roles. Throughout his career, he established himself in residential and commercial service positions, advanced into supervisory and specialty services roles, and played a key role in developing new service programs and departments. He earned his Associate Certified Entomology (ACE) certification in 2015, further demonstrating his technical expertise. Valdez also launched and operated his own pest management company for three years before taking the next step in his career.
Francis Clark, Sprague district manager, said he is thrilled to welcome Valdez to the Sacramento leadership team. “David’s background is remarkable, and adding someone with his depth of experience to our team is a huge win. This is a great step forward for Sprague’s future in California and David’s leadership will play a key role in shaping what comes next,” Clark said in a news release.
Valdez’s appointment reflects Sprague’s strong and continued commitment to expanding its service footprint in the Sacramento and San Joaquin region with experienced leaders who embody Sprague’s values, customer-centered focus, and dedication to uncompromising service.
