With over 1 million species of insects that exist, they all serve a very important function in our daily lives. You may find them to be unwanted pests, but insects do a lot more good than they do harm. And that’s why we are so in LOVE with bugs!

Did you know that without insects, the fruit and vegetables we eat today would not exist? That’s right! Insects transfer pollens that pollinate the plants for produce we find in our supermarkets. Not only do insects help aid in the production of produce, they are high in protein and are food for many reptiles, birds, and humans. They have also been linked to produce vital resources for curing disease, and help researchers study social systems and organizational hierarchy.

The study of insects is so fascinating due to the variety of species and how they have evolved. You could never grow bored!

“We love bugs because they keep us in business. Bugs are providing jobs for all of our employees in a time when we are all very thankful to have a job. Our own personal experiences and extensive pest control training helps us put our customers at ease in assuring them that Clegg’s will take care of their pest control problems.” — Anna Bowen, Clegg’s Termite & Pest Control LLC
