Multiple-catch mouse traps (MCTs) are capable of catching up to 30 mice, depending on which trap you are using, because they take advantage of a mouse’s opportunistic habits. Many mice readily enter these traps and get caught. However, some are reluctant and others may never enter. Instead, they run over the top of the device.
If you have an active mouse situation and want to ensure catching those mice that avoid entering MCTs, try placing a mouse glue board on the top of each MCT. When the mouse leaps on top of the MCT, it will not be able to avoid the glue board. Take advantage of this tip and think outside of the box (or in this case, MCT)!
