The PMP Growth Summit began Wednesday, March 13. See details and photos from day 1 here.
The second day of the PMP Growth Summit kicked off with breakfast roundtables. Pest management professionals (PMPs) and partners met and discussed topics including: secrets to hiring and retaining employees; customer retention, repeat business and referrals; the big five pests; streamlined business tips; obstacles and opportunities; and leveraging social media for your business.
Following breakfast, PMPs and partners met for one-on-one meetings to network and discuss new products and solutions, business challenges and pest management trends.
A group was taken next to the driving range where the 33 PMP’s and 13 partner company’s joined together before lunch.
Next, was an afternoon of golf on the Watson Course at Reunion Resort in Orlando, Fla. Control Solutions Inc. sponsored the golf scramble. Other attendees enjoyed lunch on the patio and a game of bocce.
The evening wrapped up with a casual BBQ dinner at the Grande Pavilion sponsored by Nature-Cide.
Friday, March 15 will conclude the event with another breakfast roundtable session and a morning of one-on-one meetings.
