The service agreement for your bird treatments should include every niche. Labor will be the highest cost, so make sure you do not underprice your service. For example, expect to occasionally inspect previously installed physical barriers to prevent future generations of some bird species from roosting — and be sure to include this service in the agreement.

Pigeons in particular tend to memorize and return to familiar areas, and they tend to not leave established areas. Spraying birds with water to lower body heat for localized treatment is a good method; however, make sure the cleanup service is immediate.
