Reading, Pa.-based Rentokil Terminix announced the acquisition of Econex Pest Management. The acquisition was finalized in September 2022.
“For over two decades, Econex Pest Management has provided the residents of Orange County, Calif., with exceptional pest management services and customer support,” said John Myers, president and CEO of U.S. Pest Control for Rentokil Terminix. “We look forward to continuing this high level of service and welcoming the customers and colleagues onboard the Rentokil Terminix family.”
Econex Pest Management was founded in 1988. The company serves the community of Yorba Linda, Calif., and the surrounding Orange County region.
“We are thrilled for this opportunity to join the Rentokil family and are excited for the value and benefits our customers and employees will experience,” Jon Berrett and Christian Demke, owners of Econex Pest Management, said in the news release.
The Potomac Company acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Econex Pest Management.
Rentokil Terminix also recently announced the acquisition of Exodus Exterminating, a New York-based pest management company. The purchase was finalized in October 2022.
