Judy Black, BCE: straight into the person’s contact list. There are other apps that do the same thing, too, like Blinq.”

Greg Baumann: “The NPMA Field Guide Pro app is the most comprehensive guide in a format that is valuable for the tech. It also allows technicians to teach their customers.”

Sheri Spencer Bachman: “My app, of course: the Pest Control Business app! It tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) by employee and department; increases team performance; creates competition among team members; and helps with accountability to reach individual, team and company goals.”

Jerry Schappert

Jerry Schappert, ACE: “All my techs have the NPMA Field Guide Pro, which is great for making a quick ID and providing general biology.”

Doug Foster: “Google Maps is great for locating customer properties.”

Michael Broder: “I recommend the magnification feature on smartphones called Magnifier to zoom in on specimens and be able to take pictures to properly identify species.
