AXN Growth Partners has promoted Buck Simington from General Manager to Brand President of ACTION Termite & Pest Control, one of its Arizona-based brands.
As General Manager, Simington led operational performance and team development, strengthening execution across the organization. His promotion reflects AXN’s commitment to advancing leaders who deliver results and build strong teams.
Simington holds over ten years of experience in the pest management industry, including five years with Terminix, three years with Green Home Pest Control, and two years with ACTION Termite & Pest Control, AXN’s child company.
