Bell Laboratories undergoes organizational restructure

Bell Laboratories recently announced several promotions, expanded roles and new territories within its domestic technical sales team.

Patrick Lynch, executive VP and chief commercial officer at Bell, said the changes “will support continued growth in our industry presence, strengthen our brand and ensure the Bell Professional Sales team continues delivering the customer service, technical and training support and long-term partnerships that have been central to our success with our valued business partners.”

The new, full team structure is outlined below. Names of individuals whose title, responsibilities or reporting structure have changed are italicized in the list below. All Directors and Bell Sensing team members will continue reporting to Lynch.

Scott Smith, director of sales – West Region

  • Annie Carney, key account manager – West Region
  • Nick Branca, senior technical representative – West
  • Avery Bishop, technical representative – Northwest

Sheila Haddad, director of sales and key account manager – East Region & Canada

  • Bret Farrer, technical representative – New England
  • Brian Lynch, technical representative – Mid-Atlantic
  • Brandon Sartain, senior technical representative – Southeast

Rod Smith, director of sales – Central and LATAM Region

  • John Phil, senior technical representative – N.Y., N.J., Caribbean & Special Projects
  • Andres Pizarro, business manager – Latin America
  • Ernie Schoonover, senior technical representative – Central

Sara Knilans – director of technical training

Seth Keller – sales analytics manager, Bell Sensing Technologies

Brian Hensel – senior technical representative, Bell Sensing Technologies and Canada

Connor Johnson, technical representative – Mid-West and Private Label, will continue to report to Kate Van Boxel.

Lynch emphasized the company’s direction in a news release, stating, “We will accomplish this by leveraging Bell’s most important asset — our people.” Please join us in supporting the Bell team as we move forward with this updated structure.
