MGK recently announced the addition of two accomplished professionals, Stephanie Wooldridge and Josh Swilling, to its branded professional division. These hires reflect MGK’s continued commitment to strengthening field support, deepening distributor partnerships and driving sustainable growth across key regions of the United States.

Wooldridge named Western territory representative

Stephanie Wooldridge joins MGK as a branded pro Western territory representative, bringing more than 15 years of industry experience, primarily within the agricultural sector. She began her career with United Agri Products (UAP) and later played an instrumental role in launching a new Winfield Solutions location from the ground up.
Throughout her career, Wooldridge has held positions across administration, warehouse operations, EH&S compliance and territory sales. Her well-rounded background provides a strong operational foundation and a practical understanding of customer needs. She is recognized for her hands-on, solutions-focused approach and her ability to support customers and distribution partners at every level.
Swilling to serve as Mid-Atlantic territory representative

Josh Swilling joins MGK as a branded pro Mid-Atlantic territory Representative, bringing more than 20 years of sales and operational leadership experience. He entered the pest control industry in 2013 as a commercial technician with Gregory Pest Solutions, supporting third-party audited accounts and developing deep expertise in compliance-driven environments. His strong leadership skills led to expanded responsibilities in operational management and branch leadership following the company’s Rentokil Terminix acquisition.
Most recently, Josh served as area district operations and sales manager for the JC Ehrlich brand, where he oversaw operations and sales across multiple markets. In this role, he successfully led teams, improved performance and aligned operational execution with strategic growth initiatives.
