Black Diamond Pest Control, Jeffersonville, Ind., has not only relaunched its website BDPest.com, but also a new franchising site, BDFranchising.com. The company is now in its second year of franchising.
The new BDPest.com aims to simplify information for customers on the wide variety of services that the company offers, in addition to incorporating exposure to their new locations in Indianapolis and in Lexington, Ky.
“We wanted to provide quick and easy-to-consume information on what we have to offer. Plus, the incorporation of the new live chat feature allows anyone to get quick information from a professional on the pests they are encountering,” says Owner and CEO Keith Duncan Jr.
Black Diamond Termite and Pest Control was started in 1940. The company is in its third generation of family ownership and operation, and maintains a workforce of more than 130 technicians and office staff.
