Arrow Exterminators purchases Lewis Cobb Pest Control

Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators purchased Lewis Cobb Pest Control. This transaction will allow Arrow to build a strong foundation in Orlando, Fla., and serve both residential and commercial customers throughout central Florida.

“For nearly 75 years, President Roger Lewis along with brothers Rick and Randy and their team have been serving Orange County, central Florida and the surrounding communities with uncompromised service and we are honored to continue that commitment into the future,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and CEO of Arrow. “The Lewis brothers have a long legacy of leadership in the Florida Pest Management Association and the pest control industry we are proud to have such a wonderful company serve as the base for our first Orlando office.”

All of Lewis Cobb’s 20 team members will continue at the company. Lewis Cobb will complement Arrow’s other 28 offices in Florida and will operate under the Stark Exterminators brand.

Lewis Cobb was founded in 1946. According to Tim Pollard, Arrow’s senior executive VP and COO, the company is a very established and extremely well-respected name in the Orlando market.

Greg Clendenin of The Clendenin Consulting Group acted as advisor to Lewis Cobb Pest Control.

This acquisition comes after Arrow acquired 5 Star Termite & Pest Control last month to round out 2019.
