How does it work? It is coated in a sugar bait matrix to attack filth flies, but is formulated with 4.4 percent acetamiprid, the same active ingredient found in Transport Mikron. I can knock down filth flies in a 1,000 cu. ft. area in as little as 60 seconds, yet remains effective for up to seven months indoors and up to four months outdoors (when protected from the elements). It features a bittering agent to prevent accidental ingestion, and is labeled for house flies, little house flies, blow flies, bottle flies, flesh flies, phorid flies, fungus gnats and vinegar (fruit) flies. Measuring at 8 ft. wide by 8 ft. long by 6 ft. high, it can be used get rid of bed bugs, cockroaches, clothes moths and more from office furniture, bedroom furniture, hospital beds and more. Made from lightweight, thermally insulated materials, it can be set up in as little as 20 minutes, the company says — in any room or space available on the customer’s premises. It comes with a 20,000-BTI portable Quest Electric Heater that can deliver and distribute heat within the pod quickly and safely, the company says, raising the internal temperature to the desired level.
