Rentokil acquires Oklahoma-based Arrow Exterminators

Reading, Pa.-based Rentokil North America announced the acquisition of Arrow Exterminators, based in Broken Arrow, Okla. The acquisition was finalized in October.

Arrow Exterminators was founded in 1952 and serves the communities of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma City, Stillwater, Tulsa, Muskogee and surrounding areas.

The QualityPro-certified company offers several services in both the commercial and residential sectors, including Sentricon, pretreats and liquid treatments for termites; thermal remediation for bed bugs; home inspections; and general pest control service via one-time, annual, exterior-only or custom maintenance programs.

The Potomac Company acted as the financial advisor to Arrow Exterminators.

In November, Rentokil North America announced the acquisition of Delta Pest Control, which is based in Russellville, Ark. The acquisition was finalized in September.

In October, Rentokil also announced three other acquisitions, which included Aberdeen Exterminating, Inman-Murphy Termite and Pest Control, Arrow Exterminating Co. and Aanteater Pest Control and Wildlife Services.
